Privacy Policy
Last updated 2026-07-24
This policy explains what personal data A2GROUP LLC handles when you visit the website at www.a2group.llc (the “Site”).
Scope. This policy covers the Site only. Our products — Cala Terminal, AI Investing and Market TV — each have their own privacy policy on their own website, and those govern the data handled inside those products. This policy does not describe the brokerage connection, the AI features, subscriptions or accounts; none of those exist on this Site.

2. What we collect and where it comes from
The Site has no accounts, no login, no forms and no payments. We do not ask you for your name, email address, phone number or any other identifying detail, and there is nowhere on the Site to give them to us.
Server request logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical information about each request needed to serve and secure the Site: IP address, date and time, the URL requested, HTTP status, referring URL, and browser and operating-system identification (the user-agent string). IP addresses are personal data under EU and UK law.
Your display preference. The Site stores your light/dark theme choice in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device, is not sent to us, and is not an identifier.
Email you send us. If you email contact@a2group.llc, we receive whatever you put in that email and use it to answer you.
What the Site does not do. As of the date above, the Site runs no analytics, no advertising or marketing measurement technologies, no cross-site tracking, no session recording and no third-party embeds. It sets no cookies. Fonts are served from our own domain, not from a third party. If we ever add analytics or similar technologies, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it before they run.
3. Why we process it, and our legal basis
| What we do | Legal basis (EEA / UK) |
|---|---|
| Serve the Site, keep it available and secure, detect abuse | Art. 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in a working, secure website |
| Reply to an email you send us | Art. 6(1)(f), and Art. 6(1)(b) where it concerns a contract |
| Comply with legal obligations and defend legal claims | Art. 6(1)(c) and Art. 6(1)(f) |
We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling on this Site.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising. The Site's only processors are:
| Provider | What it does for us | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel Inc. | Website hosting and delivery | Server request logs, including IP address and user-agent |
| Our email provider | Receiving and sending mail at contact@a2group.llc | The contents of emails you send us, and your email address |
Each provider makes its own representations about its security practices; we rely on those representations and do not independently guarantee them. We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business — in which case we will tell you before your information becomes subject to a different policy.
5. Retention and deletion
Server request logs are retained on our hosting provider's standard schedule, which is a short rolling window measured in days, and are then deleted or overwritten. Email correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to keep a record of it, and afterwards where tax, accounting or legal-defence requirements apply. Your theme preference lives only in your browser and you can clear it through your browser settings.
To ask us to delete correspondence we hold about you, email contact@a2group.llc.
6. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers are located in the United States and elsewhere. When personal data is transferred out of the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses together with a documented transfer impact assessment and technical safeguards including encryption in transit. You can request a copy of the relevant safeguards at contact@a2group.llc.
7. Your rights
EEA and UK (GDPR Arts. 15–22). You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. Contact contact@a2group.llc. You may complain to your supervisory authority — in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD); in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office.
California. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months, and we do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16. You have the right to know, access and obtain a copy; to delete; to correct; to opt out of sale or sharing; to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of them. Because the Site sets no advertising or tracking technologies, there is nothing here to opt out of; we honour Global Privacy Control signals if we ever add any. Contact contact@a2group.llc; we verify requests via the email address you write from and respond within 45 days.
Other US states. Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland, Rhode Island, Indiana, Kentucky and Texas have rights to access, correct, delete and obtain a portable copy of their personal data, to opt out of targeted advertising, sale and certain profiling, and to appeal a refusal. We do not sell personal data and we do not process sensitive data for targeted advertising. Contact contact@a2group.llc; if we decline a request you may appeal by replying, and if we deny the appeal you may complain to your state Attorney General.
8. Children
The Site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we delete it. Contact contact@a2group.llc.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site sets no cookies. It uses one item of browser local storage to remember your light/dark theme choice, which is strictly necessary to deliver the display you asked for and requires no consent under Art. 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) or the equivalent rules elsewhere. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking technologies to accept or reject. If that changes, we will publish a consent banner in which rejecting is as easy and as prominent as accepting, and non-essential technologies will not run before you consent.
10. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS and sends security headers that restrict framing, content-type sniffing and referrer leakage. It holds no accounts, no credentials and no payment data. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not guarantee absolute security.
Security statements about our products — including how brokerage connections are handled — are on the brokerage connectivity page and in each product's own privacy policy. Statements there about a third-party provider's controls are that provider's representations, not ours.
11. Product privacy policies
For what a product collects, see its own privacy policy: Cala Terminal, AI Investing and Market TV.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If a change is material we will give at least thirty (30) days' notice by posting the revised policy here in advance of the effective date. Other changes take effect when posted, with an updated revision date.
