This page identifies the company behind this website and its products. A2GROUP LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company and is not established in Spain, the European Union or the United Kingdom, and has no subsidiary, branch or local entity there; Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) binds providers established in Spain. We publish the same identification here anyway, in the form those rules use, so that anyone contracting with us knows exactly who the counterparty is.

A2GROUP LLC is not a broker-dealer, is not a registered investment adviser, is not a bank and is not a money transmitter. It is not authorised or registered as an investment firm with the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV), the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, or any other regulator or self-regulatory organisation. It does not provide investment services, does not execute, route or place orders, and does not hold or custody client funds or securities.

A2GROUP LLC products are informational and analytical software. Where a product offers a brokerage or exchange connection, that connection is read-only and is provided by a third-party account-aggregation provider — see brokerage connectivity.
